Placement Notice
Place the device only on flat, hard ground. All four feet must fully touch the floor. Do not use it on carpets, litter mats, or uneven surfaces.
Keep at least 30 cm of clearance on all sides, including the top, front, back, left, and right. Keep the front sensor area clear, with no objects taller than 5 cm within 30 cm of the machine.
Do not place items on top of the machine.
Cat Litter Notice
Recommended litter types include mixed cat litter and short-strip tofu litter. Tofu litter and mixed litter offer the best compatibility.
Avoid fine-grain bentonite litter, non-clumping litter, or tofu/mixed litter larger than 3 mm in diameter or longer than 15 mm, as these may affect performance, absorption, and waste separation.
